Our illustrations are not done in the click of a button. We lovingly hand illustrate them in our signature minimalist style, making sure to include the tiny details, such as little fingers and little toes.

Once completed, we send it via email in PDF format, which you can then print at home or have it professionally printed and framed.

We will send you a design proof within 2 weeks via e-mail, seeking approval before creating your custom item. Only 2 free minor changes included in price. Any additional changes will incur fees.
Please note that your finalised digital illustration will not be created before your approval. Once approved, we cannot make any changes.

Product Care

Our laser engraved products are individually created on a range of plywood made from natural timber. Naturally occurring marks, tone variations and other slight 'imperfections' may be present due to the nature of the material. This is part of what give each piece its individuality and personality.

These variations in the grain may affect engraving in certain sections of your finished piece.

Due to the nature of laser cutting, the edges of wooden products will have a dark edge.

These are all a normal aspect of laser cut wooden items and are not considered faults. Each piece is custom made, and unique.

All our items have been designed, created with love and then sanded with care, in order to provide you with a beautiful keepsake item that you can treasure for years to come!

WARNING:

Our products are not designed as a toy and may break with improper handling or if they are dropped.

Do not mount items above cots or beds.

Keep out of reach of little hands. As with many household items, small or broken pieces may present a danger.

Tooth fairy door hangers: These are a decorative piece and are not toys. The small glass bottles could break.

WALL MOUNTING

If wall mounting is desired, we recommend using good quality double-sided foam mounting tape or 3M picture hanging strips.

Check for suitability depending on your wall type. Please bear in mind that foam tape is permanent and may damage the product or wall when trying to remove. On smaller items, a good amount of fresh Blu Tack may be an option.

Important note: Many adhesives will not stick to freshly painted walls. Walls need approximately 30 days for paint to cure. Check paint can for manufacturer’s cure time (cure time is different to re-coat or drying time).

The above information is a recommendation only. We cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred if item falls from the wall as all wall types and situations vary. We do suggest you speak to your local hardware store to seek advice on the best option for your wall type.
